    Only 5 more days ...

Post by Alex on Mon 25 Jun 2012, 12:23 pm

... until this quarter is finished. That means we are coming close to the most important event between April and June!

As you may have noticed during the last 15 months Telnic rarely speaks to the public.
The only communication from Telnic happens with the quarterly newsletter called .telegraph which should be published latest this week.

The most content usually relates to interviews of .tel owners, but sometimes Telnic gives a small outlook about software development.
Because of this the .tel community is always waiting tensely for this publication.

Since it has become quiet about .tel this is the most exciting moment in every quarter of the year. Every .tel owner is curious if .tel is moving forward or keeps standing still like in the past 15 months.

I still find it very ironic - the relative lack of communication from a company dedicated to improving the way the world communicates !

    Mike, absolutely!

If Telnic should do anything in the first place, they should stir the promotional drum - but nothing happens at all!

Tomorrow (Friday, 29th June 2012) is the last working day this quarter.

So keep the eyes open to read some news about .tel!

    The hope dies last!

The working week is almost over - and no newsletter is out so far.

If we don't see it until tomorrow, then it becomes clear Telnic has stopped all marketing activities for .tel completely!

After press releases, roadmap, forum, blog, homepage updates and even software development this will mean the shutdown of the last active medium from Telnic.

And this would happen even without announcement (what would be a slap on the face to all loyal .tel community members)!

This would also confirm the assumption from Mike that all activities have been switched to Telnames instead - without exception!

    Okay, I'm just getting nervous!

    I'll be more patient then.

Maybe Mark knows something we don't !

But why does a Quarterly Newsletter have to be left to the last day of the quarter anyway
(i.e. Saturday 30 June) - assuming it is actually going to be published tomorrow ?
